The service: Scout is a discovery and inquiry tool that helps professional buyers (boutiques and multi-brand stores) find independent designer brands. It is operated by Incidental AI and is currently in preview.

Preview content: Some brand profiles, products, prices and metrics shown during the preview are illustrative samples used to demonstrate the product and are not real offers. Real brand listings appear only after the brand grants permission under the Brand Licensing Terms.

Scout is not the seller: Scout is not a party to any transaction. Quotes, orders, payment, shipping, duties and returns are agreed directly between buyers and brands or retailers.

AI recommendations: Recommendations, scores and risk notes are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. Always confirm prices, stock, lead times and terms with the brand before ordering.

Acceptable use: Do not scrape or overload the service, abuse the forms, submit content you have no right to share, or use Scout for unlawful purposes.

Brand content: Brands keep ownership of their content. Its display on Scout is governed by the Brand Licensing Terms.
