Who we are: Scout (scout.incidental.site) is an independent project operated by Incidental AI. "Scout", "we" and "us" refer to that operator. Contact: inevitableai.ai@gmail.com.

What we collect: Information you submit through the brand application or contact forms: brand and contact details, wholesale terms, line-sheet data, links and messages. Limited technical data needed to run and protect the service: a one-way hash of your IP address, approximate country and browser type. Your inquiry list, language and preferences are stored only in your own browser.

How we use it: To review brand applications, display licensed brand and product information to B2B buyers, reply to you, prevent spam and abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Hosting and processors: The site and submissions are hosted on Cloudflare (Workers and KV). Data may be processed in countries other than your own.

Analytics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure performance. It does not use cookies, local storage or fingerprinting, and does not track you across sites; it records aggregated data such as page, referrer, country and device type.

Cookies and affiliate links: Scout itself does not set advertising cookies. If you follow a retailer or affiliate link, that retailer or network may set its own cookies to attribute the referral; their privacy policies apply.
