Brand Licensing Terms

Licence: The brand grants Scout (operated by Incidental AI) a non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, reproduce and display the submitted images, logos and product information to B2B buyers on Scout, solely to present the brand and facilitate wholesale inquiries. Scout may make technical adjustments needed for display (cropping, resizing, compression, format conversion).

Brand confirmation: The brand confirms that it owns the submitted materials or is authorised to license them, and that displaying them on Scout does not infringe the rights of others (for example photographers, models or stockists).

What Scout will not do: Scout does not sell products on the brand’s behalf, does not change submitted prices without the brand’s approval, and does not use the materials in paid advertising without separate permission.

Revocation: The brand can revoke this licence at any time through the contact options on the About & Contact page. Scout will remove the materials from public display within 30 days of the request.

No exclusivity or fees: The licence is royalty-free and creates no agency, partnership or exclusivity. Submission does not guarantee a listing, and Scout may decline or remove a listing at any time.

Records: Scout keeps a record of the submission, the licence version and its timestamp as evidence of permission.
