You describe the occasion, retail budget and style (plus an optional moodboard); Scout picks pieces from its index of independent designer labels, explains the reason and the supply risk behind each pick (MOQ, lead time, stock), and lets you export inquiries and track them from draft to shipped. Independent labels can apply to be listed.
